To empower women leading ventures with the community and strategy they need to think big and move boldly. We facilitate intentional spaces — mastermind cohorts, curated connections, collaborative workshops and personalized consulting — where women dive into business strategy, learn from each other's real experiences, and build the actionable plans and authentic relationships that lead to sustainable growth.
The Venture Together Collective was built on one principle: strategic community accelerates growth. When driven entrepreneurs exchange real insights, challenge assumptions, and build social capital, they make bolder decisions faster…and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
There is nothing more inspiring than being surrounded by a group of strong, ambitious women embolden to leave their mark on the world.
…and this is why I created the Venture Together Collective.
There have been so many times in my life, that I have seen first hand how powerful it is when women come together. Attending an all girls high school, training for my first half-marathon, navigating new motherhood, making big career shifts—I had women by my side keeping me accountable, challenging me to stretch my limits, and cheering me on.
This support has been so critical to my success that I've made it a personal mission to be a connector, helping everyone benefit from strong social networks.
Nowhere have I seen a bigger need for this than in entrepreneurship, where women are taking big risks, often alone. Throughout my career, I've helped small businesses scale across non-profits, tech companies, and consumer brands. I've heard VCs call women founders "too risky" and watched board members dismiss their expertise as if these women didn't know their own businesses. With my background in strategic planning and analytics, I've supported these leaders in clarifying their goals, strengthening their strategies, growing their companies with confidence. And with joy, I've stood beside those same founders as they proved just how strong, capable, and visionary they are.
I created this community because women shouldn't have to navigate their ambitions alone.
We deserve spaces where we are never minimized, underestimated, or held back. We deserve more than motivational content and surface-level networking. We deserve strategic guidance tailored to our unique challenges, peer communities where real relationships form, and collaboration that actually moves us forward. We deserve support that empowers us to reach our biggest visions, not the scaled-down versions we think are "realistic."
