AT OPEN TABLE

A venue owner shared her sales page. Members read it cold and told her what they thought she was selling. She left with a simpler pricing layout and a plan for a walkthrough video.

Four founders interviewed their customers. One team decided to partner with established programs. Another pulled her customers' own words into her new website.
