Most founders who join Amplify aren't short on ideas. They're not sure which moves will actually grow revenue. So we start by understanding what's really driving your business, then build an aligned set of actions that all point toward where you want to go, and put them to work.01

We look at what's actually happening: your strengths, your best customers, your sales and your numbers. We build a simple dashboard and hear from your customers directly, so you can see what's fueling growth and what's holding it back.

Decide where to focus
We name the biggest challenges and opportunities in front of you and make the calls you've been putting off. Then we set the priorities and the few numbers you'll track, and turn them into a roadmap where every action supports the same goal.

Put it into action
For six months we work the plan together. We check the numbers, see what's working, adjust where we need to, and bring in help when a challenge calls for it. The group keeps you moving when things get busy.
