4th Wheel Flow is running a small pilot workshop exploring a different approach to self-care, one that actually works in real environments, not just in theory.
This session focuses on how to recognize what is happening in your system, understand where it is coming from, and make small, intentional shifts that create more clarity and stability. It is practical, experiential, and rooted in the idea that awareness and action need to move together.
This is a test run ahead of a national conference, and we are inviting a small group to experience it live and share feedback.
